By placing an order on BeesWright.com, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms: BeesWright.com accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Check or Money Order. Order totals will be verified before charging the customer's credit card. If an order total must be adjusted upward, an email will be sent with the adjusted total. The customer may elect to cancel the order at this point.

Local Delivery: For orders totalling $15 or more, Local Delivery is available to customers in close proximity to Peachtree City, Georgia (see Delivery Map). Unless special arrangement is made, all locally delivered orders must be prepaid due to the ongoing difficulty of coordinating delivery schedules (cash will no longer be accepted unless prior arrangement is made). Orders paid for by check or money order will be delivered upon receipt of payment and verification of funds. Orders paid for by credit card will be delivered immediately. Orders paid for by PayPal will be delivered after payment is received. Repeat customers in good standing will have orders delivered immediately regardless of payment method. Local Delivery is free of charge for orders of $30.00 or more and $4.00 for orders of $15.00 to $29.99.

BeesWright.com ships via UPS and United States Postal Service. Shipping rates are estimated as accurately as possible but may require adjustment. Local Delivery is free of charge for orders of $30.00 or more and $4.00 for product orders below $30.00. BeesWright.com provides delivery only to customers in our local area. This generally includes the south metro Atlanta area. This area is depicted on the Delivery Map.

NO. Your credit card is not charged immediately upon placing your order. Certain shipping methods use approximate rates to calculate shipping charges within the online catalog. This usually allows us to reduce your total when we calculate the exact shipping charge. Other adjustments such as coupons and gift certificates must also be made before we charge your credit card. You will receive an email with the adjusted total indicating any amount charged or any amount still due by other forms of payment. For payments using PayPal, we will also send a separate PayPal invoice.

What is local delivery? How much does it cost? Am I eligible for this service?
To save our customers costly shipping fees, BeesWright.com provides very inexpensive (or even free) delivery to those in our local area. This generally includes the south metro Atlanta area. There is a $15 minimum order requirement for local delivery. To see if you qualify for this service, check our Delivery Map. If you have any doubt about eligibility, just ask us by sending an email to .

For orders under $30.00, local delivery is just $4.00. Local delivery is free for orders $30.00 and over. There is a $15 minimum order requirement for local delivery.

Although the delivery schedule can be coordinated via email, we ask that you provide a telephone number so that we can reach you in case of problems with the delivery.

Why can't I pick up my order?
Although our family shares in the beekeeping operation, our sales are unrelated. Gary Wright operates the website and ships or delivers product from the Newnan location. Harold and Maria Wright sell product from their home in Fayetteville. Products sold on site at the Fayetteville location do not necessarily represent the same products offered on the website.
